The West Harris County Regional Water Authority withdrew implementation of Stage 1 of its Drought Contingency Plan due to reduced water demand. In response, Harris County Utility District No. 6 (the “District”) has terminated implementation of Stage 1 of its Drought Contingency Plan requesting all users to voluntarily reduce water usage.
